Vietnam Coffee

Vietnam Coffee

Trung Nguyen G7 is a Vietnamese 3in1 cofee. Its given by Lily. I don’t really fancy 3in1 packet coffee. Most of the time i prefer to mix my own 3 in1..heheh

But this coffee really special..The taste just right for me..But it must be in the small cup to get the best taste.

The packaging all written in Vietnamese..Lucky Lily did stick a note for me..if not, i’m sure i will pour it into a big cup..hahha

Travelling is the best thing ever. We can relax, improve knowledge & see more new things in life. I love to travel…But too bad my hubby don’t like travelling…He prefer to stay in front of his notebook, busy with his blog.

Even though I still don’t have the chance to visit many countries, but I did my homework… I have many countries I wanted to go in mind. Countries like Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Finland, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand & few more…many ler….hahahha…

So many countries in mind, how to cover all these countries?  Kind of impossible….But I still wish I can make it someday….Wish me good luck lo!!

Short Trip to Redang Island

Posted on Mon ,13/07/2009 by Ricka

This trip was suggested by Alvin’s colleague & his wife, Steve & Lily. They’ve planned this before and offered us to join them. I was so surprised when Alvin agreed to join them, but I’m happy about it. Hahahaha

We’ve been discussing about this trip since few months back. Finally after back from our wedding, we’ve decided the date. As both of u don’t have anymore leave, so Steve & Lily have to accommodate our time. (pai seh le…Steve need to sacrifice his leave).

We’ve made the booking online at www.lagunaredang.com.my . The date we’ve chosen, all fully booked. We changed the date twice, but still can’t get any room available. I was very disappointed, because it is very hard for me to travel with my hubby even though only a short trip. (everytime I wanted to go for a trip, there was always something that make me can’t go)

After changing the date for the third time, finally we managed to get a room. Our trip confirmed and will depart on 21 Aug 09 by bus from Johor Bahru to Kuala Terengganu, continues by ferry at Merang Jetty. I really looking forward to this trip.

Wedding Actual Day – Evening Session

Posted on Sat ,11/07/2009 by Ricka

OMG…!!! I was rushing here & there….check-in hotel at 3pm… we were supposed to go to bridal studio for make up by 3.30 pm. We can’t get there on time…I still busy with others things. So, we requested for the make-up at the hotel room.

Make-up artist reach hotel at 4.30pm, started with parents’ make up. The make up session took very long until I was late. I missed half of the welcoming guest session. Most of the guests arrived and sited inside when I was ready. I stood there to welcome guests for only 15 minutes and rushed back to the room to change to wedding gown. Around 7pm, we were ready for the 1st march-in. So nervous & excited….

Dinner commences and everything just alright but bit boring at the beginning part. After the 2nd dish, we went our=t again to change to evening gown for the2nd march-in. Yam Seng on the stage followed by yam seng at each individual table. The surprising part, Alvin’s dad went up to the stage after the yam seng…He sang songs as per guest’s requests (heard that was his first time singing). The dinner became more interesting after that.

The overall dinner smoothly ended and no complains about the foods.

Wedding Actual Day – Morning Session

Posted on Fri ,10/07/2009 by Ricka

I woke up early in the morning at 3am (I can’t sleep anyway). My face looked tired and with big eye bag & “panda” eyes. What a prefect bride-to-be =.=”

4am make-up artist, photographer & videographer arrived. After preparing for all the things, make-up session started at 4.30am. I felt like half-sleeping during the make-up session.

My brothers, Herdy & Rio should be ready before the groom’s arrival. My make-up almost done, I haven’t seen both of them…then I realized, they still sleeping. Gosh…!! Lucky they still on time for the groom’s arrival at 6.15am.

After the “door games”, proceed to groom parents’ house for the Chinese tradition & tea ceremony. Like usual, we returned to bride parents’ house for the tea ceremony as well. All brothers returned for buffet lunch at groom’s side.

The morning session was completed smoothly, all bridesmaid & brothers, videographer & photographer dismiss for evening preparation.

Wrist Corsages

"Ji Mui" Wrist Corsages

"Ji Mui" Wrist Corsages

I’ve ordered the wrist corsages for all my “ji mui”. I’ve been looking around and searching for peach colour corsages. I wanted something special for them, but I hardly find one.

Finally I found ”ifairytalewedding”. This blog sells many types of corsages, but none of them suitable with my theme colour. So, I sent my enquiry and she replied. Very fast, efficient and flexible..she get me a new sample as what I’m requested within the same day..

Yesterday, I received the corsages. The real corsages looks nicer than the sample pictures.. I’ve ordered this especially for them. Hope they will like it.. :p
