Last Saturday me and hubby went to Natas Fair at Singapore Expo hall 4&5. We were planned to have a look and make some comparison for our honeymoon trip. We went there after our lunch and paid an entrance fee of $3 per person.

I thought that Natas Fair will have lesser visitor this year because of bad economy condition nowadays. But I was wrong. Natas Fair still have lots of people queing to go in and most of them were making a booking for coming holiday.

After compared so many travel agents in Singapore,finally we decided to go with Genting Holiday Travel. It’s a small travel agent,but heard that they have good service. We paid the deposit and took some free gift. Besides,there was free winter hat from Korean Tourism Board as well.

Woke up early in the morning, get prepared with the sun-block and swimming attire. We went for breakfast together with another couple. It was a great morning and fresh air.

After breakfast,we went back to our room to have a short rest after and take our snorkeling gear. We were again out from the resort by boat provided,heading to the marine park. It’s more like a beach type,we were snorkeled there. There were lots of colourful fishes. Many of the people ready with their bread to feed the fishes.

After that,we went back to resort and took our time for shower. We met up with our friends for lunch and spend our own leasure time. Around 4 pm,me and hubby went down to the beach.

We spent a great afternoon fooling around at the beach.

We are back from our short trip 2 days ago together with another couple. Redang is a very nice and relaxing place. But it was a long and tiring bus journey. We were on the road for 9 hours, continued with taxi and finally the ferry. We departed on the previous night at 10.30 pm and reached there the next day around 11 am.

We checked in and went for lunch,our snorkeling activity begun right after that. It was a very new experince to me. We went down to the sea with the life jacket and snorkeling’s gogles. I was very shocked when I realized it was a deep sea,I have nothing to step on.

I was hanged on to the boat’s ladder for quite sometime. Finally,I have the courage to let go the ladder and swim to the other side.

We went back to the resort and had our BBQ dinner. It was really amazing day. We went to bed very early as we were tired after the very first snorkeling.

Me and hubby are going for our Redang Island trip in 3 days. We are book the room with a promotional package which includes meals and snorkelling activities. Both of us are usually went for relaxing at the resort and seldom involves in any water activities. I have decided to take part in snorkelling activities this coming trip.

The most important thing is sun-block for body and face. I don’t want to get sun burn definately. 2 sets of swimming suits for snorkelling and beach activities. Besides,another important thing is soothing gel. Bring along the soothing gel for precaution purpose. In case we are get sun burned,but hopefully it won’t happen.

Yesterday I’ve applied my leave for our trip home on 1st to 6th of October. we just went back for our wedding last june..but because of my brother’s graduation,we going back to attend his graduation ceremony and take family photo.

Anyway,we are not going back this coming Chinese new year because we going for our honeymoon. If we are not going back this October,I might need to wait till end of next year to go home. So, it’s good to have this arrangement.

I’m so happy as my hubby can make it to go back together with me..pity him don’t have any leave left.. :p Flight booked,will take direct flight from Singapore to Jakarta.

Winter Japan or Korea? This matter have been become my confusion since the last few days. I’ve chosen to go on winter is because I want to experience winter and at the same time to make use of my compulsory leave during company shut down.

Few days ago, when I was busy searching for the travel agent, out of sudden, my colleague mentioned to me “why don’t you consider to go to Korea?”. Her point of view was clear. She told me that Chinese New Year winter is the coolest through out the year. Daytime is shorter, sky become dark by 4pm, the wind very strong, everything is white covered by snow and the only thing we can do after dark is hot spring.

She advised me, the best time to go to Japan is during the summer or autumn fall. Japan is a very expensive country to go, it’s not worth enough to go Japan just to experience the winter, as Korea will have almost the same winter as in Japan.

I’m going crazy!! Which one is better? I don’t want to regret my own decision.

Travelling is the best thing ever. We can relax, improve knowledge & see more new things in life. I love to travel…But too bad my hubby don’t like travelling…He prefer to stay in front of his notebook, busy with his blog.

Even though I still don’t have the chance to visit many countries, but I did my homework… I have many countries I wanted to go in mind. Countries like Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Finland, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand & few more…many ler….hahahha…

So many countries in mind, how to cover all these countries?  Kind of impossible….But I still wish I can make it someday….Wish me good luck lo!!

This trip was suggested by Alvin’s colleague & his wife, Steve & Lily. They’ve planned this before and offered us to join them. I was so surprised when Alvin agreed to join them, but I’m happy about it. Hahahaha

We’ve been discussing about this trip since few months back. Finally after back from our wedding, we’ve decided the date. As both of u don’t have anymore leave, so Steve & Lily have to accommodate our time. (pai seh le…Steve need to sacrifice his leave).

We’ve made the booking online at www.lagunaredang.com.my . The date we’ve chosen, all fully booked. We changed the date twice, but still can’t get any room available. I was very disappointed, because it is very hard for me to travel with my hubby even though only a short trip. (everytime I wanted to go for a trip, there was always something that make me can’t go)

After changing the date for the third time, finally we managed to get a room. Our trip confirmed and will depart on 21 Aug 09 by bus from Johor Bahru to Kuala Terengganu, continues by ferry at Merang Jetty. I really looking forward to this trip.

I’m going back Kuching to collect my wedding album. I’m back on 26 May n leaving on 27 May..very rush oh…!! But what to do,..i don’t want take the risk to courier my album..I decided to spend on the flight rather than taking the risk..I’m going to collect it personally..hehe :p
